Today, I wanted to try a "kitchen sink" mixed media piece and used my favorite mediums. It was inspired by Ivy Newport's 2017 Let's Face it class. This work includes acrylic paint, ink, watercolor, Neocolors, Stablios, and charcoal. Ivy's message was about how the art we create can reflex or inspire a healing process. This painting's title is "The Healing" because it reflects my own healing from past scars.
